Ahhh, Yes, the beach, time for a tan That was mostly on Ashley's mind this whole vacation, and even will be on the trip back home. She wondered where her friends were, she hadn't seen, them. Only Kaitlin, which was NOT the perfect meet and greet. She wanted to see, someone. Some little kids threw a ball back and forth. The kids, were cute, but it didn't distract her from her mission to find someone she knew. |

After reuniting himself with Gabby and Ethan in the lobby the prevous day Ryan wanted some alone time from the hotel, not that he wished to be away from his friends just that he wanted to find more of them.He hadnt even been out since he arrived and why waste a trip to the bahamas? he was a beach boy at heart.Walking along the shoreline the feel of the sand between his toes made him have a constant smile on his face, the sun shone against his face and he lowered the peak of his hat.Suddenly he stopped in his tracks, he noticed a familiar figure on the beach.It wiped the smile clean off his face, in a good way.Ryan ran up behind his old friend and wrapped his arms around her tightly, lifting her off the ground."Your money or your life.." he said in a joking tone, making it clear it was him.

She freaked out for a minutes, then heard the man's laugh. She then started to laugh with him. RYAN! she got out of his spin and hugged him. Then thought about a funny comeback. Is there any other choices? she said referring to his money or your life, joke. She tried to remember when was the last time she saw Ryan, it had been so long. He was focused on school, all the time, and isn't he helping the new drama teacher at his current college. She was so happy to see him, she wouldn't be surprised if she never let go... |

Ry noticed that Ashley had freaked a little when he grabbed her but it only took her a minute or so to regain herself and realise it was him.He could tell that by the way she screamed his name.As the girl turned around and hugged him he held her tight and closed his eyes for a moment "ASH!" he copied her tone and laughed gently, he had missed her.Resting his head lightly on her shoulder he couldnt even remember the last time he saw ashley, it had been too long and he knew it was all his fault.Keeping his arms around her he put his head back to its original posiition so he was facing her and gave a smile "hmmm, you could..keep this amazing hug going for a little while longer, maybe even give your old best friend a kiss on the cheek...?" he replied cheekily and turned his head slightly.

She noticed the way he smiled, and that he didnt freak out about her hug, she was so happy they met again. She then kissed him on the cheek. It was Ryan to ask her for a kiss on the cheek, sometimes she thought about people in France. Her uncle (who was gay) loved to kiss your cheek three times. Good luck? My hugs last a very long time, we could be here for at least another hour or two she smiled and gave a tiny chuckle and kept the hug going. She had so many questions! How have you been? she wanted to ask. Hows school? and most of all You couldn't have missed me more than i missed you Even though that was a statement, it was a statement waiting to be stated. But she kept it in line. How have you been? She looked up at him, the sun blaring but it settles behind a huge cloud., Ryan looked like a professional coming to the beach. But he was so pale! it was so funny. But he was always out and about, not sitting down, that will change today, but after the hug, that could last an eternity... |

After turning his head slightly for her to kiss him on the cheek he recieved what he asked for and he couldnt help but blush furiously along with a huge smile.The feel of his hot cheeks made him look straight at her and wish he hadnt lost touch with her, not only her but all of his friends...he had been pretty busy but it wasnt an excuse and he felt majorly guilty about it.He gave a surprised look at her next remark "Another hour or two?" he repeated biting his lower lip like it was a problem "well that may not satisfy me but i'll sacrifice myself to stand here with you for that long" he said sarcastically because if truth be told he wouldnt have minded.Her next question made him go silent for a while, like he really had to think of an answer to give her.It was such a simple question yet it seemed to have puzzled him, not that it took much to puzzle Ryan."ive been..." he paused "good, i suppose...really busy and out of touch but good, marthas fine..and ambers doing great...truth be told i missed you though" he said sweetly "i mean all of you, i missed everyone" he looked down at the sand and back up to her face "what about you? you need to fill me in on all things Ashley marie taylor" he grinned.

She then smiled, Amber was so cute, but she had a feeling she hated her. She always stared at her with the, little kid who are you? YOUR NOT MY MOTHER! eyes, and then they start crying. So ashley tried to refrain from seeing Amber, until she got older and found out how AMAZING ashley was. She saw Ryan blushing a little bit, she laughed a little, but not for anyone to notice. Then hearing his 2 hours were not enough hug? hey, i can do way longer. she put emphasis on way. She could have a record for longest hug. And hearing his response to her how are you doing question, made her wonder. was everything alright? as she parted her lips to ask, she stopped herself. Was it my business? If he tells you, he tells you. she told herself. She then had to think what was going on with her. I had a psycho teacher stalk me and then get in a physical fight with Chad, pulling us both into a police car, then we were kicked out mid way from the police car, because we were talking, and then, Chad tells me he did drugs, and other non sense in high school, and then the good thing, im engaged. she then smiled taking a breath, showing Ryan the ring. It sparkled. perfectly, gorgeous...Nothing could be better, then to know what was up with him... |

Ryan kepy enjoying the moment because he knew that his life would probably get hectic again when he returned to albequerque and went back to college.Although this time around he would try and refrain himself from letting his life completley take over his relationships with his friends and such, it was so hard.They all seemed to have managed it so why couldnt he? Yet again added to the guilt.Looking into the girls eyes as she spoke he nodded "im sure you can, but you couldnt beat my record...im the master of everything remember" he teased and laughed gently.He couldnt wait to hear what she had been up to, how she had been because he wished he could have been there to witness it all with her but...he couldnt, so listening to her explain would have to do.Ryan couldnt help it, his eyes widened..that was so much information to take in about thirty seconds, most of it bad but the last part amazing.Engaged, she was engaged? Wow."ok wow.." he said trying to get it out of his system "Ashley Taylor, you are engaged!" he exclaimed and laughed happily "Well done hun, it almost rules out that crazy story you just told me.." he joked and looked down at her hand, he held it to take a better look at the ring "chad went all out.." he then said with a friendly smile "im happy for you, both".

She laughed at his hug mastering, she remembered when he said he told her he masted everything. He beat her at everything, it was so funny at sometimes. She then heard his wow...It was alot to take in. Especially going through it all in one day. She then felt so happy that Ryan was happy for her. Things have changed since High School...Now this? Seeing Ryan? It was overwhelming. Still in the hug, she loosened up a bit, she didn't want to make him feel weird. I know...I didn't even think he wanted this...and police cars are kinda fun...it makes you want to go do something bad just to go in the car! I would totally recommend you to do it one day you could hear the sarcasm in her voice. But the police car details was true, they were fun. Especially when she only got in the car for hitting the officer to go with Chad to prison. tell me EVERYTHING about what happened to you these past zillion years we haven't talked! She was excited.But not as much as it was to hear what happened to him... |

Feeling that Ashley loosened up the hug a bit he did the same, maybe she felt weird around him? Though he didnt know why, but if she did that was ok he didnt mind.They were friends after all."someones in agreement that im the master of everything" he commented, turning it into a joke as he laughed.The girl began to speak about chad and the engagement making him feel overwhelmed with happiness, everyone seemed to be really getting into their lives he was so happy for all of his friends."Well he obviously did want it, and i dont blame him, you deserve it ash" he said sweetly, a small smile on his face.The smile turned into a laugh and he shook his head "nah, i dont think i will be taking a ride in a police car anytime soon, id rather not".What had happened to him? Hmm, well had he really done anything worth saying? "well in my time from college i got a job, a surf shop.." he grinned, it wasnt the best of jobs but it got him through it."aswell as joining in with a theatre production in new york, i choreographed it, but thats it really...im not all that interesting".
