alright, since i havent been sleeping for the past 2 weeks [we're talking 2-6 hours a night] mom called the doctor and she gave me alot of things to do if you dont care, too bad im going to tell you what i have to do anyways.
no caffiene at all, if i have pop im not allowed to drink lots, and if has to be caffiene free, 45 minutes of walking or 30 minutes if running, and i have to drink 2 litres of water before supper i only allowed on the computer during the day, and im not allowed to watch t.v after 10 or eat after 9 i have to do that for a month.
this is because im not getting enough exerscie to tire me out for when i go to bed and i drink a crap load of pop and coffee, so thats somthing else, and mom said that i'd be lucky to get on sruing the weekdays so, idk how much i'll be on. i'll be on the weekends though. so, nic: dont ban me pleaseee!
